Ian is an experienced manager in both the manufacturing and service sectors, large and small with a proven track record of delivering improvement projects in companies utilising Lean improvement tools and techniques. Having worked in Europe in a number of industry sectors including automotive and telecommunications he has a wealth of knowledge in Lean business transformation.
Graeme is Senior Programme Manager for Skills4Work covering Auckland, Waikato and the Bay of Plenty. In that time he has coached and mentored more than 17 companies in their lean implementation, from sectors as diverse as food manufacture, aeronautical, engineering, clerical / administration, construction, laboratory and printing.

Ali is well grounded in the theory and application of Lean tools, having over 20 years' experience implementing projects that make a difference to the productivity of organisations. Liz has been a Skills4Work Competitive Edge Programme Manager for 2 years and has worked with both manufacturing businesses and service providers on lean implementation, and organisational and cultural change.
Clinton has been involved with numerous companies, organisations and government agencies in New Zealand in the development and implementation of operational and business improvement programmes. Clinton is a “Lean Thinking” specialist with a strategic focus on the design and implementation of business improvement programmes including the training and development of staff at all levels.
Julie has facilitated change programmes in many organisations in New Zealand and has a proven track record in successfully coaching both management and operational teams. Her background in organisational psychology and her passion for developing leadership capability in New Zealand has lead to her consulting many executives, corporate and government organisations on this topic.
Colleen is an organisational expert and within her role as the Programme Liaison person for the Skills4Work Productivity Improvement programme she ensures that all the administrative details are taken care of for each new programme and works closely with the Programme Managers to ensure needs are identified and delivered.
